Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your reservation for personal reasons, we will charge the cancellation fee or change fee listed below.
Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with the refund.
10 to 8 days prior to the date of service... 20% of the total amount
7 to 2 days prior to the date of service (counting from the day before the date of service)... 30% of the total amount
The day before the date of service... 50% of the total amount
On the day of service... 100% of the total amount

"About Car Rental Coverage" *Details will be provided on-site.

*This plan includes a waiver fee. The NOC (Non-Operation Charge) is not included.
*Rental cars are covered by insurance and other forms of compensation up to the amounts listed below. However, you will be responsible for any accidents that fall under the exclusions in the insurance policy.

*Personal Injury Coverage: Unlimited per person (including mandatory automobile liability insurance)
*Third-Party Property Damage Coverage: Unlimited per-accident coverage (Deductible: 50,000 yen)
*Passenger Compensation: 30 million yen per passenger (Death: 10 million yen per passenger; Outpatient Treatment: 5,000 yen per day; Hospitalization: 7,500 yen per day; Permanent Disability: Up to the death benefit amount, depending on the severity)
*The coverage period for a passenger’s hospitalization or outpatient treatment is limited to 180 days from the date of the accident.
*Vehicle Coverage: Market Value (Maximum Coverage per Accident; Deductible: 50,000 yen)

[Out-of-Pocket Costs in the Event of an Accident]
*Compensation exceeding the amounts listed above
*Vehicle Coverage Deductible: 50,000 yen
*Deductible for property damage liability: 50,000 yen
*Non-Operation Charge (NOC): If you damage the vehicle in an accident while using the rental car, we will charge this fee as partial compensation for lost business during the repair period, regardless of the extent of the damage or the time required for repairs.
・If the vehicle is returned to the designated branch (provided it is drivable): 20,000 yen
・Other cases (when the vehicle cannot be driven): 50,000 yen

[Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)]
*This program covers the deductibles for property damage (50,000 yen) and vehicle damage (50,000 yen) in the event of an accident.
*Coverage will not apply if the circumstances fall under the exclusions in the insurance policy.
*The compensation program is not insurance.
*Excluding sales tax

[About the Non-Operation Charge (NOC)]
*Customers enrolled in the Liability Waiver Program can add NOC as an option for an additional fee of 550 yen per day. By enrolling in NOC, you will be exempt from paying the business interruption compensation fee in the event of an accident.
*If you wish to purchase NOC coverage, please sign up and pay at the rental car shop on the day of rental (on-site option: NOC 550 yen per vehicle).

Special note 》

*The day before your trip, we will send you a written guide for the day and your boat reservation number to your registered email address. Please be sure to check your email.
*This is a day trip. You cannot take the return flight on a different day.
*If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the consent form.
*Children 3 years old and under ride for free but do not have their own seats and must sit on a parent’s lap during the cruise. If you are traveling with an infant (ages 0–3), please note this in the remarks section when making your reservation.
*Please bring the driver's license on the day of the rental. If you forget it, we will not be able to rent the vehicle to you, and no refund will be issued.
*Depending on sea conditions and weather on the day of the tour, arrival times may be delayed, which could result in a shorter stay on Kumejima. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or other compensation.
*The return trip to Naha Port may be delayed. If you are traveling by plane, please allow plenty of time for the tour. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight.
*Sailings may be canceled or suspended due to boat malfunctions, maintenance, poor sea conditions, or inclement weather. We will contact you in such cases. If a tour is canceled, the tour fee will be refunded via bank transfer, minus only the transfer fee.
*Please keep your personal belongings and valuables secure at all times. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from loss or theft.

"Regarding Transportation"

*For rental car transfers, only one driver is permitted for both the outbound and return trips.
*Upon arrival at Kaneshiro Port, please have all passengers except for one driver wait at the port.
*After you return the vehicle to the store, we will send one driver to the port. If you are traveling with someone else, please wait for them at Kaneshiro Port.
