*For reservation changes or cancellations made at the customer's request, we will charge the cancellation fee or change fee listed below.
Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with the refund.

Previous day: 50%
On the day: 100%

・Depending on sea conditions and weather on the day of the tour, arrival times may be delayed, which could result in a shorter stay on Kumejima. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or other compensation in such cases. We appreciate your understanding.
・Depending on sea conditions on the day of the tour, the “Hatenohama Tour” may be canceled or shortened. In the event of cancellation, the tour will be replaced with a tour of the island. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or other compensation in such cases. We appreciate your understanding.
・Tours may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or inclement weather. In such cases, we will contact you. Since this would be a cancellation on our part, no cancellation fee will apply.

Special note 》

*On the day before your trip, we will send you an information sheet for the day of your trip and your boat reservation number to your email address. Please be sure to check your email.
*Service may be suspended in the event of a boat malfunction or necessary maintenance.
*Due to limited space on vehicles operating on Kumejima, large items such as suitcases are not permitted.
*Swimming is generally at your own risk. For your safety, please swim only in areas supervised by lifeguards, and be sure to wear a life jacket when snorkeling.
*Participants with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, middle ear infections, pregnant women, those with epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, hangovers, or who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event are not eligible to participate. Additionally, participation may be denied depending on your health condition on the day of the event.
*If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the consent form.

*The return time to Naha Port may be delayed. If you are traveling by plane, please allow plenty of time for your trip.
*Since this is a day trip, we ask that you refrain from taking the return flight on a different date.
*We offer optional items such as beach umbrellas and snorkel sets for rent at special prices on-site.
*Children 3 years old and under ride free of charge, but they do not have their own seats and must sit on a parent’s lap during the trip.

*Upon arrival at Kumejima, we will provide round-trip transportation by private car from Kaneshiro Port to the boarding area for the Hatenohama ferry (Tomari Fishery Harbor).
